External issues or factors are elements that exist outside of an internal environment. These external issues affect the internal operations and everybody else. May it be a company, an organization, or within your family or yourself.Â
How do we deal with these external issues that affect us? Dealing with these external issues has to start with dealing with the internal matter. These internal factors refer to anything within that can be controlled whether it be tangible or intangible. Among these internal factors, you can figure out your strengths and weaknesses.Â
If one element brings a positive effect it is considered a strength. On the other hand, if a factor prevents development it is a weakness. Within an organization, there are numerous criteria and factors that need to be taken into consideration.
Focus on the internal factor because these are things that we can control and we work on. If we are strong, united, and determined on the inside we can conquer whatever external issues there are. We can confidently face challenges and situations externally because we are prepared internally.
