Diversity In an organization sometimes creates problems. This is because we are focused on the culture. We all have different cultures because we came from different ancestors and from different parts of the world. We may find other cultures weird and we don’t like some of the things that they are doing. But instead of focusing on the culture, focus on the person and the rest will follow. 

It is always people first and the rest will follow.  if you want to establish and maintain relationships, and if you want to become and remain a happy person, then treat people with respect. 

Focusing on the person is the key if you want your business to strive. Focus on one person at a time. Giving someone your unconditional attention is important. People are valuable. They are not to be looked at as a commodity existing solely for your use. When you focus on the person you will find out that the rest will follow and it will amaze you.
