We can’t control everything, this is a fact. This is life. We have to recognize this even though it is hard to take in. There are a lot of things we can’t control. We can’t control what others think, say, or do. We can’t control what others think of us.
Therefore, there is no use to keep worrying about things that are out of our control. We have to let it go. Do not waste your time worrying about things you cannot control. Instead, determine the things that you can control. You cannot control others’ behaviors but you can control how you react to them.
We have to have to acknowledge the things that are out of our control and focus on ourselves. We have to recognize that sometimes all we can control is our effort and attitude. Invest your energy in the things you can control and you will see you will be much more effective.
Recognizing that we can’t control everything can be demoralizing. But you have to take it slow and take your time. Do not push yourself too much. Be kind and gentle with yourself.
