The question, “Who I am?” refers to your identity. The “ What I do?” question refers to your job or what you do for a living. To be able to become a better version of yourself, you need to bridge the gap between who you are and what you do.
Who you are is your core identity. It encompasses your values, beliefs, passions, strengths, weaknesses and aspirations. Your unique qualities and the essence of your being comprises who you are.
What you do represents your actions, behaviors, and decisions in various aspects of life. It encompasses how you spend your time, the choices you make, and the way you interact with the world.
Bridging the gap is the process of connecting or reconciling the differences that might exist between your inner self (who you are) and your outward actions (what you do). This is an ongoing process. Aligning your values with your true self and being able to live a more meaningful and fulfilled life.
